Diet Plan (called the Max-Planck-Institute Diet)

If you follow the plan very strictly, you lose in these two weeks 7 kg. Due to this diet a change in metabolism will occure.

During this diet, every kind of alcohol is strictly prohibited!

Furthermore, you must drink up to 2 l mineralwater per day.

 

Day 1.

Breakfast

Black coffee without sugar a.m.a.y.l.

Lunch

2 boiled eggs, spinach (lightly salted) a.m.a.y.l.

Dinner

1 large grilled steak or
3 roasted beefsteaks, green Salad and Sellerie

Day 2.

Breakfast

Black coffee and 1 dry piece of bread

Lunch

1 large steak, green Salad, fruits of every kind

Dinner

ham - as much as you can eat

Day 3.

Breakfast

Black coffee and 1 dry piece of bread

Lunch

2 boiled eggs, salad and tomatoes a.m.a.y.l.

Dinner

ham and green salad a.m.a.y.l.

Day 4.

Breakfast

Black coffee and 1 dry piece of bread

Lunch

1 boiled egg, carrots cooked or not, cheese (swiss cheese) a.m.a.y.l.

Dinner

Nature-Joghurt and fruits a.m.a.y.l.

Day 5.

Breakfast

Black coffee and carrots with lemon

Lunch

cooked fish and tomatoes a.m.a.y.l.

Dinner

1 steak and green salad a.m.a.y.l.

Day 6.

Breakfast

Black coffee and 1 dry piece of bread

Lunch

grilled chicken - as much as you can eat

Dinner

2 boiled eggs and carrots

Day 7.

Breakfast

Tea with lemon

Lunch

1 grilled steak, fruits a.m.a.y.l.

Dinner

free choice - what ever you like

After day 7, repeat above plan for another week. Then you should take care that you eat more divided food (i.e. no spaghetti, rice, bread or potatoes together with meat).

a.m.a.y.l. = as much as you like

You can prepare the salad as usual with your normal dressing.
